The Impossible Markets 2019 focuses on successful Bulgarians who have built their professional career in multicultural environment, in one hand, and the foreigners who have achieved their professional success working in Bulgaria. They will share their experience, the path they have walked and how the encounters with others have changed themselves and their horizons.
We invite professionals from various industries who are working in multicultural environment to spend time together and share experience, knowledge and ideas. Our speakers are encouraged to tell their stories about encountering cultural differences when working with colleagues, clients and business partners from different countries or industries.
Although the phrase „different cultures“ usually provokes images of people from different nations, we have in mind uniqueness of each organization and specific industries as well. For example offices of two software companies in Bulgaria and India may look very similar to each other, while they would look very different from bank offices in their countries.
