Семинар „Social Media and Artificial Intelligence“

The event will put focus on the use of social media and the role of artificial intelligence in managing social media channels.

Guest-speakers of the event will be:

– Steven Mehringer, Head of Communications Services at NATO Public Diplomacy Division. Building NATO’s digital infrastructure from scratch, Steven Mehringer will share best practices in the organizaton’s digital outreach.

– Deniz Tourgout, Account Technology Strategist at Microsoft will focus on the topic of understanding the artificial intelligence and its role in social media: Microsoft Tay.ai, Google DeepMind, Facebook AI Research.

– Eva Dimitrova, Marketing and Bot Consultant will present the concept of adopting artificial intelligence in messaging, personalizing the user experience and thinking and building at scale.
