The event will focus on the practicalities in the various stages of a construction dispute and will include a seminar on Dispute Boards and a mock construction dispute. Speakers will share their experience on different mechanisms and techniques for dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.
Who should attend?
Any practitioner involved in international construction contracts and disputes: engineers, contractors, in-house lawyers from construction companies, arbitrators, counsel, mediators, experts, contract managers, contracting authorities in procurement.
