Събитие „Emotional intelligence. What is it? Why we need it? How to use it?“

Our first March event is related to a very important topic not only for women but also for everyone else.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize your emotions, understand what they’re telling you, and realize how your emotions affect people around you. It also involves your perception of others: when you understand how they feel, this allows you to manage relationships more effectively.

Оur lecturer will be the wonderful Gloria Stoilova from Financial Times Sofia!

She says: „Managing projects is the easy part of the job.
Managing people is A pure art of being a good person, being able not only to deliver, but to go beyond – create a vision and make people believe in it. I mastered the art of managing people by doing things, and I help them to transform from good to better with experience, with knowledge and with observing the surrounding. Coming from the military where bad decisions can be life threatening or even fatal, I learned that being human is the most important and valuable asset we all have. How we use it, what we use it for and what we do with this asset is up to us. Either we become better professional or we become better person, the bottom line is we all need our Northern star.“
