New Managers Programme – Management essential skills with PwC’s Academy

The New Managers Programme is a series of 3 modules on key topics for professional development of successful managers. It starts on 29 March 2022 and will be held in a live-online format. The lecturer, Tim Kemp, is an expert in learning and development with over 30 years of practical experience.

The first module focuses on the self – the critical role and abilities of the New Manager. Participants will learn about management essential skills they need in order to excel in their career.

The second module puts the spotlight on the others – the impact a manager has on their team. It focuses on the reactions of the people we manage provoked by change – from resistance and disapproval to quieter denial and depression.

The third module is about business effectiveness: it explores the link between individual performance and business contribution.
