What: This course is part of the official AUBG EMBA program, and is accessible for open enrollment. It allows you to take credit courses together with Executive MBA students at AUBG.

Course overview:

This course is designed to enhance the leadership capacities of students. Using latest theoretical frameworks and leadership models, the course takes students through a process of understanding their leadership style and how it may fit within organizations. Through a combination of theory and practice this course will increase students’ ability to act, reflect and focus (refocus) their actions as leaders.

Key topics in this course will include: assessing leadership characteristics in a variety of professional and social environments, analyzing and reflecting on instances of leadership in everyday life, articulating and communicating a leadership vision that is goal-oriented, synthesizing a personal blueprint or check-list for action (personal leadership plan).

About Professor Michelle Jezycki

Ms. Jezycki is the President of Trifecta Consulting based in Washington DC with an office in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. She has 26 years of Human Resources Management experience and has served as the HR Director for the United States Senate. Ms. Jezycki serves clients in the U.S. and abroad and specializes in executive coaching, leadership development,

performance management, team building and assessment and strategic planning. Ms. Jezycki brings her real life experience into the classroom, providing viable scenarios and current events to her students for the most applicable and realistic experience possible.
