V Черноморский Форум Виноделия (ЧФВ) состоится 27-29 июня 2018 года в Варне на знаменитом курорте болгарского побережья Золотые Пески.
V Black Sea Winemaking Forum will be held on 27 June – 29 June 2018 in the famous Black Sea resort Golden Sands in Varna city.

Черноморский Форум Виноделия / Black Sea Winemaking Forum проводится под высоким патронатом OIV (Международной Организации Виноградарства и Виноделия). V ЧФВ проводится также при поддержке Министерства сельского хозяйства Российской Федерации, Муниципалитета г. Варна и Союза Энологов Болгарии.
Черноморский Форум Виноделия / Black Sea Winemaking Forum will be held under the OIV (International Organization of Vine and Wine) high patronage. The V Forum is also held with the support of Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation, Varna Municipality and the Union of Bulgarian Enologists .

ЧФВ является постоянно действующей платформой для международного сотрудничества. Ежегодно в начале лета ЧФВ проводит специализированное комплексное отраслевое мероприятие. За первые четыре года в различных событиях Форума приняли участие в общей сложности около 1,5 тысяч человек более чем из 400 компаний и организаций, представлявших 30 стран.
The Black Sea Winemaking Forum is the permanent international platform for the international cooperation in wine industry. The numerous activities of the Forum include an annual specialized comprehensive branch event, which is held in the beginning of summer. A total of about 1500 participants, representing 30 countries and more than 400 enterprises and organizations took part in the events of the Forum during its four-year history.

В рамках Форума проводятся / The Forum traditionally consists of the following activities:

– выставка продукции компаний-производителей вина и крепких спиртных напитков и компаний смежных секторов; мастер-классы и презентации компаний;
– exhibition of winemaking enterprises and related sectors companies

– конференция «Создание постоянно действующей международной платформы для поддержки развития (включая сессию c участием собственников российских региональных торговых сетей);
– conference “Founding of the functioning international platform to support the development of the Black Sea Region and the Balkan Peninsula winemaking sector”, including the Wine Retail session with the participation of the owners of Russian retail chains;

– на полях ЧФВ традиционно проводится международный дегустационный конкурс «Вина Черного Моря» (ВЧМ). За награды в 11 категориях соревнуются производители вин, коньяков и других спиртных напитков . Дегустационная комиссия конкурса состоит из ведущих экспертов стран региона: Армении, Азербайджана, Болгарии, Греции, Грузии, Македонии, Молдавии, России, Румынии, Сербии, Хорватии и др. Председатель комиссии – Станимир Стоянов (председатель Союза энологов Болгарии).
– on the sidelines of the Forum the traditionally popular among the winemakers of the region International Wine Contest “Black Sea Wines” will also be held. The producers of the wines, brandies and spirituous beverages of vitivinicultural origin will compete for the awards. The Jury of the Contest consists of the leading experts from the countries of the region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Georgia, Greece, Romania, Russia, Serbia and others). Chairmаn of the Jury is Stanimir Stoyanov (Chairman of the Union of Bulgarian Enologists).
