Starfleet Demo Day

After the big success of Starfleet 1, we are thrilled to announce the Demo Day of Starfleet 2.

Exactly 10 months ago we started the Blockchain accelerator programme „Starfleet“ for the first time. We have invested in 9 amazing Blockchain project last year and all of them are now working on their apps on the æternity Blockchain.

Even though this year we had more applications, from more countries around the world, we decided we will admit fewer startups to our program – quality over quantity.

This year we pre-selected 14 teams to join the program.

On 11th of March, we kicked off the Starfleet with the Genesis week – one full week of intense training. The startups went through 8+hours/day of workshops and lectures on various topics – from business modelling, value proposition, token economics, roadmap & timeline, tech specs, æternity Blockchain architecture, building dæpps, and of course a mind-blowing pitch training.
We concluded the Genesis week an internal Demo day on which 8 of the startups were selected to continue in phase 2 of the Starfleet – the Mentoring.

For the following 4 weeks, the startups are offered one-on-one mentorship sessions with our mentors – a long list of accredited specialists in different areas – from biz dev through blockchain dev. All sessions are customized to meet the needs of the particular project and to prepare them to develop their idea in the best possible way.

The finished, polished and sparkling ideas will be presented on 11th April and we want to invite you to be part of this glamorous startup show!
