THE SOFIA BUSINESS SCHOOL-2018 LAYS BARE THE SOCIAL, POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS OF THE BLOCKCHAIN REALITY

The Master Classes will offer insight into the unprecedented transformation the world is facing as the technological Big Bang gathers speed

The seventh edition of the Sofia Business School (23 June-29 June 2018) has again enlisted a prominent selection of intellectual celebrities from around the globe who will share their wits and energy to enlighten us about the blueprint of the future development of the world.
It seems that for the first time the change, which is sweeping through societies and economies worldwide, hasn’t been inspired by a philosophical ideology or agenda. The transformation is in its essence unprecedented – it doesn’t create a new political union, neither does it introduce an innovative mechanical invention which revolutionizes production, it doesn’t even reveal a new source of energy… In fact it is the evolving network of PCs which interconnects people in the 21 century and leads to the formation of communities existing in a just and secure mode that is non-dependent on states and governments. This is the blockchain age with crypto industry and bitcoin being just the tip of the iceberg.

Will conventional banking face extinction? Will mankind create a utopia-like self-regulating world without states and governments? When will the rich decide whether they need the existence of the poor?

All of you – graduate and post-graduate students, academicians, managers and CEOs, state administration officials – are invited to join the Sofia Business School lectures and discussions and find the answers.

Early bird registration until 25 May 2017 with 50% discount on the enrolment fee!
